Compensation & Benefits
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: From €2,000 per month, with opportunities for salary increases.
The training period lasts about six months. - Incentive compensation available based on business performance.

Working Hours
Working Hours- Shift-based schedule (35–40 hours per week)
- Holidays: 2–3 days off per week (over 100 days off annually)
